Motivation: A Lesson Learned On the Mountain

This reminds me so much of our journey in our businesses and our personal life in general. When we try to reach a particular goal, something of the up most importance to us, we get hit with all kinds of bad weather-exhaustion, illness, family problems, self doubt, frustration....the types of weather are limitless. We see others getting to where they want their lives and we turn it into a race, setting out unprepared and getting discouraged by all the hits coming at us so we crash and burn.
