Hello! And welcome to my blog!

My name is Emily Giuffré, (pronounced joo-FRAY, a funny Italian name) and I am individual who recovered my sickly physical health, and I’m now helping others recover their health so that they can truly “live life to the fullest.” I am also an entrepreneur helping others in the online home business industry. There’s something unparalleled about working for one’s self at home! Marketing your business online is what I like to call “The Process to Freedom.” Can financial and personal freedom really be as simple as a process? A blueprint? A Yellow Brick Road? It is if you follow it! And that’s why I am here, to help you get started on the path to YOUR freedom.

Freedom….that’s a very profound word. Just what does that word mean to you? I can tell you what it means to me….

First, a little about me…

I am a native of Texas that grew up in a big Italian family of eight children (4 sisters, 3 brothers) and as fun as that was, living from day to day was a struggle. From the earliest I can remember, I loved doing anything that was creative, meaningful and influential. I also loved healthy cooking and living. Even then I was an entrepreneur. It was in my early childhood that I realized that I wanted to go into the world of directing, telling stories with a camera as an artist does with a paintbrush. To me, directing was continuing the tradition that Christ started with the parables.

Being instilled with principles from my wonderful parents I set off working my way through college, to study theatre and film. I was definitely living the life of most artists….starving, working several jobs to make ends meet. But I kept telling myself everything would be all right in the end because like most naive college students in the years 2000-2005, I believed that college degree = good, steady, secure job that would support me…..

Well, that doesn’t seem to apply anymore, no matter what field you go into. As much as I loved what I was studying, there was no way that directing only would support me, so after I graduated, I settled for more administrative jobs or ANY job I could get whether it was waiting tables, cashiering, etc. I know that in this current national situation it must seem selfish to be complaining about your job, but they didn’t exactly pay the bills either. Not only were these jobs devoid of doing anything for the greater good, they took up so much of my time and energy, that I was too exhausted for anything else. I had no hope for the future and my health was suffering from it.

Then there was a shift in plans…

It was in my last year of school and my first year of working full time that I became very ill. I was so sick that it was interfering with my life and I started to worry about my health in the future. I was in so much pain and so exhausted at only age 23 that I wondered if I’d live to be 30. It was then that I became absorbed in health and wellness and what it means to be truly healthy in this increasingly unhealthy country. I became a student of nutrition therapy and of all health concerns and disorders. This is when my study with Autism started, which had always intrigued me because of my brother who is four years younger than I, and with Autism. I’m grateful now for the time that I was so low, because you simply do not appreciate good health until you’ve lost it. But something else awakened in me. I recovered my health, giving me what felt like a new life and became an advocate in the Health and Wellness Industry. In celebration of my recovered health, I went to a life long dream destination, Glacier National Park, on the border of Montana and Alberta, Canada. The year before, I could hardly walk up the stairs. One year later of 2007 in Montana, I was climbing mountains. In this newly acquired health, purpose, and freedom, it opened my heart and mind to new possibilities.

A whole new world ahead of me…

It was at this point that I had hit the cross roads….in all my years of working, I realized that I didn’t want to work for someone else…I didn’t want a job that determined how I lived…I wanted the freedom of devoting my life to something important without money being an option. I wanted to live debt free and create a foundation that I could pass down to my children and grandchildren. I wanted the freedom of having the time to be there for my loved ones when they needed me. I wanted the freedom of helping others with their health problems, to recover the way I did. I wanted the freedom to be able to think, to pray, to ponder the unmeasurable gifts given to us, and to give thanks.

So I took my business to the Internet-The New Frontier! My business has allowed me to utilize my time and energy in a powerfully effective manner. It has allowed me to be exactly who I am and do what I love-helping others recover their health like I did, and educate them about nutrition and HOW TO GROW WEALTH OVER TIME AND SHARE IT WITH OTHERS. It has given me the freedom to grow personally and financially to where I wake up each day excited, fulfilled, and free to live a life in service to others.

Which is why I am here now, helping you live life to the fullest.
